My name is Amelia Lillian Block and recently graduated from the University of Vermont, majoring in Studio Art with a minor in Art History at the University of Vermont. My practice is grounded in care, connection, and communication. I approach art making as a way to bring people together and create space for shared experiences and dialogue across different communities. My work is informed by historical and contemporary art practices, as well as experiences that emphasize empathy, adaptability, and collaboration. Through my practice, I aim to create socially engaged work that invites reflection, encourages participation, and fosters meaningful human connection.
